Most mindfulness programs ignore the body. That’s why they fail.

The clarity you’re chasing is already yours.

When you fully integrate your body and mind, you’ll uncover natural peace that’s unshakable.

Join before January 15th 2025 to get 50% off your first month at all tiers.

You wake up, and your mind is already racing.

Before you even leave the bed, the demands are waiting for you:

  • The presentation at noon.

  • The endless pile of emails to get through.

  • The empty fridge ruining your plans for dinner.

  • The promise you made to yourself, again, to hit the gym after work.

And then the day begins. It’s a blur of meetings, deadlines, and the relentless ping of notifications pulling your attention in every direction.

By the time you get home, your body is exhausted, but your mind refuses to quit. The chatter hums like a fan you can’t turn off.

So you collapse onto the couch, hoping to escape for a while.

In the blue glow of the screen, you binge through endless videos and series. It keeps your mind distracted, but your nerves are far from calm.

When it’s finally time for bed, the silence only makes it worse. Your mental chatter seems louder than ever.

Your thoughts spiral through a kaleidoscope of to-dos, regrets, and anxieties about tomorrow.

Your mind is constantly stuck in the past or future, but never actually lands in the present.

You’ve tried to make it better:

  • You downloaded meditation apps, hoping maybe ten minutes of guided breathing could calm the storm. But the calm disappeared as soon as the session ended.

  • You tried yoga, thinking relaxing your body might soothe your mind. But the McYoga classes at your local studio left you feeling more frustrated than centered.

  • You’ve read books, browsed forums, and watched videos claiming to have the answers. Instead of clarity, you feel even more confused.

You’ve tried everything that’s supposed to work. And yet, here you are, stuck in the same exhausting cycle.

No matter how hard you try, that sense of clarity never seems to come.

Every attempt to find relief feels like a temporary fix, a fleeting moment of calm that slips away as soon as life pulls you back in.

It’s exhausting.

And you’re not alone.

Modern life is designed to keep you hooked. Always chasing, always plugged in, and never satisfied.

Millions of people face the same struggle: balancing constant stimulation with a deep desire for true peace and clarity.

But here’s the truth:

  • You can find that sense of balance that seems so elusive.

  • You can feel calm in your body, and clear in your mind.

  • And you can find it without abandoning the life that you’ve built.

Clarity and calm aren’t something you have to chase. They’re your natural state, and they’re always here, waiting beneath the noise.

You just need the right tools to uncover them.

Hi, I'm Rob, and for far too many years, I was just surviving, teetering from day to day, trying to get by.

I know what it’s like to feel stuck.

I know what it’s like to wake up each day not sure if you’ll ever find your way out.

Because for years, I was lost in a cycle of numbing, running, and pretending everything was fine.

But it wasn’t.

Drowning in Chaos

Back in my late teens and early 20s, I dove headfirst into the NYC rave scene.

The nights blurred together: flashing lights, euphoric drugs, and the hypnotic pulse of bass in my chest.

It felt like paradise for a while, but deep down, I knew it was all an illusion.

I dropped out of college and spent every weekend quickly burning through my neurochemicals.

I drowned myself in the scene for three long years.

What I thought was freedom was actually a prison. I could never escape myself, my pain, and the emptiness inside.

And then came the heartbreak.

The love of my life was cheating on me with my best friend from high school.

When I eventually found out, I was so numb from the excess that I had no chance of even processing it.

And my so-called friends didn’t even care. Their only focus was the next party, the next fix.

I was alone, lost, and burned to my core.

The magic was over, and I finally got out.

But the emptiness stayed.

Living in Numbness

I thought my lifelong passion for music might save me.

After some time getting myself back together, I got accepted into my dream school: Berklee College of Music.

I moved to Boston to make a new start.

But no matter how far I ran, I couldn’t escape myself. My old habits followed me like a shadow I couldn’t shake.

I tried to fill the void with more distractions. I spent more time binging trash TV and internet porn than practicing music.

The pain of my past kept me small and I was afraid to push myself anywhere outside my comfort zone.

Social anxiety meant I had few real friends.

I was ‘following my dreams,’ but inside, I was still empty and numb.

Finding a Way Out

In the spring of 2007, my junior year at Berklee, I decided to try out my first yoga class.

I wasn’t looking for transformation. I just wanted to stretch out my body and maybe relax a bit.

But what I found on that mat was something I hadn’t felt in years.

Relief.

For the first time in years, I wasn’t distracting myself.

In the calm post-class buzz, Yoga reminded me what it was like to feel again.

Trial and Error

I wish I could tell you it was all smooth sailing from there.

But it wasn’t.

The scars of my past still ran deep, but I had the first hint that peace might be possible.

So I spent years experimenting, trying every method I could find. Some worked. Many didn’t.

But every time I fell off, I got back up.

I never stopped starting.

Because I knew I was onto something immensely powerful.

I started to see that the body and mind weren’t separate.

I realized that if I wanted to quiet my mind, I needed to heal the traumas held in my body.

I saw that if I wanted to heal my body, I needed to face the deepest shadows of my mind.

This realization became my compass.

Learning What Works

With the help of amazing guides like Josh Summers, I learned how Yin Yoga could be a gateway to deeper mindfulness.

And my meditation practice taught me how to see the world and myself with clarity and contentment.

Bit by bit, class after class, meditation after meditation, I unraveled the karmic knots of my past and found the peace that I was so desperately searching for.

It wasn’t always easy. Discipline didn’t come naturally, and my demons haunted me for some time.

Over time, I learned how to feel at ease in my own body and how to project that confidence outward.

The anxiety and hollowness of my early 20s eventually transformed into a sense of calm and fulfillment.

I had finally unlocked the best version of myself and started to live the life I had always wanted to live.

And as I gradually found peace, I realized that I had something profound to offer.

Why I Can Help You

I got my teaching certification in 2010, and since then, I’ve guided over 7,500 practices.

I’ve helped thousands of students find clarity, calm, and resilience through the same methods that saved my life.

What I teach isn’t just theory. It’s what I’ve lived and practiced for almost 20 years.

It’s what I’ve tested, refined, and proven on myself, and on countless others.

You don’t have to waste years stumbling through trial and error like I did.

You don’t have to do this alone.

The clarity you’re chasing isn’t out there. It’s within you.

And I can show you how to find it.

“I've been teaching meditation and mindfulness for a long, long time. But I have become more and more aware over time just how important the body is for our well-being. So I’m super-pleased to see Rob out here bringing the two together, the practice for the mind, the practice for the body.

And of course, as we know, if we know anything at all about yoga, these two have gone together for thousands and thousands of years in some beautiful, beautiful ways. Rob has your back. He is well studied. He is well practiced. He's been teaching hundreds and hundreds of people for many, many years.

Terry Cockburn, E-RYT 500

“The very best teachers are the ones who spend their lives dedicated to practice. Rob is that rare gem of a teacher who not only talks the talk – he truly walks the walk. I've had the pleasure of working with Rob over the past decade in the meditation and yoga world; from attending our first extended silent retreat together at IMS, to many yoga teacher trainings and teacher development cohorts. It's been a gift having Rob in my life as a trusted and esteemed colleague, and I know his students are incredibly blessed as well. Rob is a compassionate and caring teacher who will guide you well on your journey and practice of meditation and yoga. “

The Transformation That Awaits You

What if peace wasn’t something you had to work for? What if you woke up every day feeling refreshed, clear, and grounded?

Right now, that might sound impossible.

When your days are a blur of constant stress, and your mind won’t stop spinning, relief can feel light years away.

But here’s the reality of it all: You don’t need to “fix” yourself to find balance.

You just need to stop fighting against your own nature.

The Problem with Most Methods

Most mindfulness programs only focus on the mind. And most Yoga classes only focus on the body.

They teach you how to manage your attention and maybe how to create fleeting moments of relaxation.

But they are not an integrated system.

Stress, anxiety, and dissatisfaction don’t just live in your thoughts. They live in deeply your body.

And unless you address both, you’re in for a long, slow slog.

That’s why so many people give up before they see real change.

They’re trying to work with their mind without considering it as part of a larger, integrated whole.

The Key to Lasting Balance

The Embodied Mindfulness Membership is different.

Instead of working with just the mind or even just the body, it integrates the two into a larger, complete system.

Instead of fighting against your stress or trying to force yourself into calm, you’ll learn how to truly release the blockages keeping you stuck.

Once physical tension dissolves, the mind naturally lets go, too.

Not just during a class.

Not just when things are going well.

But All. The. Time.

What This Feels Like

Imagine this:

You wake up in the morning, not dreading the day ahead but feeling clear and refreshed.

Your body feels light, and your thoughts are steady.

Even when life throws you curveballs, you don’t react impulsively.

Instead, you pause. Breathe. Respond with calm confidence.

This isn’t a fantasy.

It’s what happens when you integrate your body and mind, allowing balance to be your baseline.

Ancient Principles, Modern Life

This isn’t about quick tips or another app.

It’s a complete system rooted in time-tested principles.

The Embodied Mindfulness Membership draws from the ancient wisdom of Yin and Yang.

It balances the interplay of stillness and movement, rest and effort.

By understanding how these forces work in your life, you can stop burning yourself out on constant “doing” and start living in your natural rhythm.

This method is designed for real life, not a yoga retreat center.

It meets you exactly where you are, whether you’re juggling a demanding career, caring for a family, or simply trying to keep it all together.

A Growing Journey

Here’s the part that makes this truly transformative:

The program is ongoing and will keep growing the longer you are a member.

New practices, classes, and teachings are added all the time, so you’ll always have fresh tools to explore.

This isn’t about rushing for temporary relief.

It’s about creating a lifestyle that evolves as you do, supporting you at every stage of your journey.

Why This Works

The peace you’re chasing isn’t something you have to create.

It’s already here, beneath the layers of stress, tension, and distraction.

This program doesn’t give you peace; it helps you rediscover the peace that’s been within you all along.

Through Yin Yoga, deep meditation, and practical lifestyle design, you’ll learn how to live in this state. Not just during practice, but in every moment of your life.

The transformation isn’t somewhere out there.

It’s already waiting for you.

Are you ready to embrace it?

  • No, this isn’t therapy and can’t replace professional mental health care. If you are suffering, please seek professional help.

However, it can complement therapy or other personal work by providing practical tools to navigate challenges and deepen your connection to yourself.

  • You can, and there are many great teachers out there. But most will focus on the physical practice, not the deeper mindfulness work.

Studio classes also cater to a general audience, which limits how deep they can go. Teachers have to balance the needs of all students, so the most profound aspects of the practice are often left out.

In a dedicated program and community, you can go far beyond the basics and explore the deeper layers of yoga and mindfulness—something you won’t find in most studios

  • Struggle is part of the journey, and you won’t face it alone. Whether through group Q&As, 1-1 coaching, or personalized guidance, I’ll be here to help you overcome obstacles and refine your practice.

Growth isn’t linear, but with ongoing support, you’ll have everything you need to move forward.
